I as a Tool, Not a Reason

I’m still “keeping the channel clear,” which has been bearing fruits to be shared soon. Today is Thanksgiving, so there’s frivolity and Egg Foo Young to get to.

In 2019-2020, I journaled meditations with a different extra-dimensional group each month. November is the month I meditated with Lemurians. In recent years, in the mornings, I read the entry for the matching date in that 12-month period. So all year long I reinforce a cycle of messages received years ago. This week in 2019, the Lemurians discussed “I as a tool, not a reason.”

Obviously, one can reframe the entirety of the human experience to support whatever framework or angle brings a resonant meaningfulness to the mess. I prefer modeling Self as a portal. All the nuances and patterns, all the experiences and suffering, yield the doorway’s unique shape. Like the fitting on a pastry bag shaping the frosting pouring through, a human life seems to shape what – of the highest self – comes through.

Once you entertain Self as a doorway, you can shape it to allow the best of you through. Not through decades of therapy or hobbies or training – though each could be very useful. But the Lemurian emphasis was the necessity of letting go of the doorframe as a meaning-making, cause-bringing entity. The higher self is that. What it can pour into its human context is shaped by the doorway there.

If you’re neck deep in this perspective on reality, and you’re living The Great Work, then I’ve given you no cause to pause the sips of herbal tea. You recognize one can take this conversation in every direction one’s imagination allows. And much of my thinking, lately, is curious speculation about what everyone’s doing with their portal these days.

As for me and the Lemurians, when I recently tried to visit with them I found myself standing outside a large, amber-lit tent at night. Surrounded by quiet wilderness, a couple of attendants emerged from this tent to look at me expressionless. “There’s no more work for you here. Your work is-” and my awareness was immediately plopped into my body, sitting in my chair. There’s a flash of my home and snapshot of my current life. And the meditation is over.

In short, there’s more of the doorway to work with, to expand. In conventional terms, releasing the constrictions of perceived wounds and uptight thinking. Allowing more of the highest energies/consciousness to flow in this present context. Ultimately seeing and experiencing this present life in the hands of higher consciousness.
