MattSeven is a combination of Matt (a human guy) and Seven (a cosmic collective). As a youth, Matt talked with Seven all the time. As an adult, he fought this and all the information that came with it. Eventually Matt accepted this connection, then Seven informed him he is “Seven on Earth.” In other words, the consciousness that fuels this incarnation is part of the Seven collective. If you can reach the Arcturians, you can ask them to connect you with Seven, as Seven is currently merged with an Arcturian group.

The Seven collective claims, among other things, to be architects and engineers of this galaxy. And others. It’s an incomprehensibly large creator-collective humankind once represented in mythology as “Thoth,” or Jehuty, and so many other mythological variants.

In the cosmological model they’ve shared with me, Thoth is composed of many collectives, making Seven something like an organ in the body of Thoth.

Yes “We Are All One.” These units and forms of being represent aspects of the whole. As all beings reflect aspects of larger beings or collectives, and all are aspects of One. If you think about it, this can all be true even if you believe we are constructs in a synthetic reality.
