HERE is a great interview with Dolly Safran. I do not watch these shows like I did years ago, but some mornings I wake up and feel nudged to do so. This morning, this is where I felt directed. It’s a great conversation, with many informative branches.
What I would amend here is the concept of “I” or individuality. Dolly talks about individuals learning. Note how we have in metaphysics the concept of Soul and Higher Self. You might consider a holy trinity, of sorts – Human Identity, Soul, and Higher Self (or oversoul). There are many systems of thought about how Being is configured. I would avoid nailing down one that works for all.
What I would like to say, however, is that we acknowledge your human self is designed for a purpose that is distinct and narrow compared with the totality of your Being. So when anyone speaks about “you,” explore what they might mean by that – and what the truth might be.
In this convo, Dolly speaks about “if you have learned…” My point is: don’t get hung up on evaluating yourself based on your current human experience. Your Being stretches far beyond this one expression of “you.” This human form and its life path do not define you. So “what you’ve learned” and what you recover in a visitation process may be far more than what you can recall while watching this interview.
But if you wanted to orient yourself in “What should I learn?” I would offer this message from the interview…
